Tou Fang was born in Laos but was forced to relocate to the United States as a child due to his refugee status. He found himself facing financial difficulties growing up as he struggled to adjust to a new world. This motivated him to pursue wealth and financial literacy at an early age. Despite encountering numerous failed business ventures throughout his career, it was not until he met his wife, Naly Xiong, that brought about a new approach to his success. Naly inspired Tou to explore different options to wealth building. Through trial and error, they discovered the key essentials for building wealth: surrounding themselves in a community of like-minded entrepreneurs, developing essential business skills, contributing to the betterment of their community, but most importantly, having grit.

In less than five years, Tou and Naly have successfully built a real estate portfolio valued at over 5 million dollars, with equity surpassing 1.5 million dollars. In addition to raising their two beautiful children, they now find fulfillment in mentoring and connecting entrepreneurs and investors, guiding them toward financial freedom. Acknowledging their imperfections and embracing the lessons learned from their struggles and failures, they have mastered the art of wealth building and have devoted themselves to assist others build wealth as they understand the struggles of wealth building.
